 • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

 • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

 • Payment methods: FPX / Online Transfer / Card.

 • For WhatsApp orders, payment must be completed within the given timeframe to secure stock.

 

We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

 • Orders will be processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

 • Delivery time depends on courier service and location.

 • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

 

Customers must ensure shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

 • Strictly no refund or exchange for change of mind.

 • Refund or replacement is only applicable if:

           - Wrong item sent

           - Item received damaged (must inform within 24 hours with clear proof of unboxing video and checking)

           - Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

 

We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.

 • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification.

11. Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) / Installment

 

We offer Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) or installment payment options through selected payment providers. By choosing this payment method, you agree to the following:

          1. All BNPL transactions are subject to approval by the respective payment provider.

          2. Once approved and completed, the order is confirmed and cannot be cancelled.

          3. Customers are responsible for complying with the BNPL provider’s terms, including any fees, charges, or penalties imposed by the provider.

          4. REZQIYUSUFCO WAREHOUSE is not responsible for any rejection, delay, payment issues, or disputes related to BNPL services.

           5. In the event of a refund (if applicable), the refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy, and the reversal timeline will follow the BNPL provider’s procedures.

           6. Customers must continue paying their installment according to the BNPL schedule, even if a dispute, return, or refund request is under review.

           7. BNPL orders cannot be cancelled once approved. Refusal to accept parcel, non-cooperation, or misuse of BNPL may result in order cancellation and permanent restriction from future purchases.
