Eligible for Return/Refund:

 • Wrong item sent

 • Item damaged upon arrival (must notify within 24 hours with photo/video proof)

 

Not Eligible:

 • Change of mind

 • Used or opened items

 • Minor packaging defects

 

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
